CrossFit Beginners will be for individuals that are looking for a bit lower intensity and more focus on improving movement. Athletes who are still uncomfortable with movements and still don't know the difference between a thruster, snatch, or RDL.
Our goal for these classes is to make the environment as friendly and inviting as possible, while still working hard. We will stick to the basics and make the basics the best they can be.
When: Tuesday and Wednesday @ 6:30 PM will be dedicated to CrossFit Beginners
* Other class times that are also CrossFit Beginner friendly, include all 6:00 AM classes and/or team workout on Saturday @ 10:00 AM. These classes are beginner friendly due to either a small class size (6AM) or being geared toward simpler movements and team style workouts (10AM).
