First, there will be a posted workout for anyone that wants to drop in for the day. There will still be a goal for the programming in the long run but this will allow for others to give it a shot and see how they like it.
This means that whatever the workout is for that day you are doing that workout. Unlike the programming in the past where you had to follow a specific schedule, this will allow much more flexibility.
