In order to help everyone achieve their goals we are going to hold a short nutrition seminar on Wednesday, January 6th @ 6:30 PM. The seminar will focus on the basics of eating for performance and provide tools for prepping for the open.
One of the tools for both beginners to fitness nutrition, and open preppers is food logging. The logging will be different than other challenges that we have done in the past. The number of days to be logged will increase every week and there will be no standard nutrition guidelines.
Week 1: 3 days
Week 2: 4 days
Week 3: 5 days
Week 4: 6 days
Week 5: 7 days
Week 6: 7 days (The Open Starts)
The logging will be optional once the Open starts, however the Open lasts 5 weeks and nutrition will be just as important.
