Our Sports Performance Training program will be expanding for the summer starting June 1st. SPT will meet 3 days a week to prepare for fall sports.

SPT STRENGTH AND AGILITY CAMP (Ages 13-18)
We will also be hosting a two day camp on June 13th and 14th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
The camp will focus on three barbell movements the BACK SQUAT, DEADLIFT, and POWER CLEAN. The back squat and deadlift are the two most important strength lifts and the power clean is one of the best movements to develop hip explosion which is needed in all field sports.
The rest of the camp will work on explosiveness and agility using plyometrics, cone drills, sprinting drills, etc
