Come join us in some friendly competition among your fellow members at CrossFit Equity. This is a great opportunity if you have never done a competition, but want to know how it will feel, or even a great time to practice movements for the upcoming ESAC competition. There will be 3 individual workouts with both a Scaled and Rx Division. You will find the workouts below. This event is for Members ONLY and is FREE.
Anyone is welcome to come and watch the Equity group throwdown.
We should be done by 12:00 PM. There will be NO barbell club or team workout.

2 minutes per station 30 sec transition
