Randy started getting into the gym when he was 19 and had success building muscle. In turn he became infatuated with the pursuit of fitness. After 6 years of lifting weights he started looking for something new to help further his fitness goals and found CrossFit. After his first WOD Randy became hooked and after about a year at Equity he found the desire to help others and give back to the community that he feels passionately about.
