At the start of every year we do two things 1) Run a nutrition seminar and challenge 2) Prep and compete in the CrossFit Open.
The nutrition challenge shows us how a focus on nutrition can help us in our everyday lives and perform better in physical tasks. The Open shows us that we are capable of more than we let ourselves believe.
However better than all of those things the nutrition challenge and the Open show us how much other people want to see us succeed and how willing people are to help us when we are struggling. Nutrition and working out is not easy but it is easier when you have people around you to keep you accountable and help you when things get hard. The amount of cheering and support throughout both challenges was something to be proud of.
We had some great success for the nutrition challenge and the Open this year.
